Les Arcs 2017 - Call for projects

LES ARCS COPRODUCTION VILLAGE is Les Arcs European Film Festival’s professional events, dedicated to the independent European film industry. Les Arcs Coproduction Village aims to increase the exposure of promising projects from all over Europe, to create a place for networking and encourage new collaborations. Each year, 500 professionals (producers, sales agents, distributors, financiers, fund representatives, etc...) are attending the festival’s industry events that take place in a friendly and casual atmoshpere in one  of the best ski resorts of the French Alps.
Les Arcs Coproduction Village includes two main events:
A selection of 20 European projects in development seeking coproducers and/or financiers, presented to the professionals attending the festival. The producers with selected projects are invited to Les Arcs for 3 days and benefit from one-to-one meetings, conferences and networking events.
A work-in-progress session, screening excerpts of 5-8 minutes from 14 European films in post-production, commented by their producers invited to Les Arcs, looking for sales agents, distributors and festivals. The session is moderated by the festival’s artistic director Frédéric Boyer. There will be two post-production prizes granted during this session: the  Eurimages “Lab Project Award” of 50.000€ in cash for innovative projects in terms of production / narration and an in-kind post-production services prize.
